My experience with Running Robots was fantastic! We hired them to update and redesign the website for the Amana Colonies Convention and Visitors Bureau and to combine it with our sister non-profit Amana Colonies Festivals Inc. This was a huge task as they both serve the same market but yet different elements of the market.
Running Robots first listened to our needs and goals for the page. I showed them elements of other websites that I liked and they took those ideas and wrapped them into a neat package for us. Once we had the outline and basic look established they gave me a timeline for writing copy. I believe most of the copy should be written by the people that know the product the best; however, they helped in the editing and suggested topics that should be addressed. The process worked beautifully.
We are thrilled with the experience and the final product. Hits to our website are up substantially. I couldn’t be more pleased and recommend Running Robots to anyone looking to improve their website.
As proof of my delight in the process, I hired them to provide us with a mobile app. A second project and it also went beautifully. We are getting compliments from our members and are eager for the visitor season to begin and see the mobile site in action.
