This requires these businesses to aquire digital tools and strategies at a rapid pace. This training program will provide the tools needed and the training to keep robots running.
The Solution
Our guided curriculum allows users to move at their own pace while following a proven process. A success coach will oversee the progress and provide feedback as needed to reach the next phase. Upon completion, all attendees will be able to edit content and products themselves, and leverage an array of existing software that will enhance their day-to-day business. The modules listed below are self guided training sessions followed by one-on-one meetings to answer questions.
Online Success Process
The phases and modules listed below are video training sessions (5min to 30min) with one-on-one meetings for Q&A scheduled in the project plan.

Phase 1 | Discovery
The new website will offer solutions to your target audience that drive them deeper into the website content. In essence, your website will act as a salesperson for your organization.
Virtual Face-to-Face Consultants:
- Industry leading instructors will meet with your team to gain understanding. (1hr)
- Our staff creates a platform and builds your project outline. (3hrs)
- You will then begin uploading the needed content to a hosted project portal – logos, product lists, images, and text.
- The timeline for this phase is 1 week.
Phase 2 | System Introduction and Content
During the Content Gathering phase, we’ll guide you on the best way to organize your content so your customers can navigate the products quickly and easily.
The timeline for this phase depends upon the client’s scope and scale of the project.

Fasten your seat belts, we’re going into hyperdrive. In the build phase you take everything you’ve learned in the previous phases and start duplicating and expanding the content structuer.

Phase 4 | Product Build
Each system is unique and keeping your product data organized is key. We will help you understand your customers actions when they search for products and how to organize the data in a simple and efficent manner.

Phase 5 | Launch & Testing
Upon completion, all students will be able to edit content themselves, manage the site’s navigation, and use features that will help take the site from a old time manufacturer to a fully functional e-commerce store.
If the attendee does not reach their goals within the aloted timeframe, instructors will continue to assist as needed (within the budgeted hours for the project). Additional support at an hourly rate of $100/hour will be provided by the instructors to help complete and launch the project.
