Position Title

PPC Specialist

Where are you originally from

I’m originally from Bangladesh! I grew up surrounded by its culture, fantastic food, and a strong sense of community. Growing up there taught me a lot about adaptability, creativity, and the importance of connection, which are some things that I carry with me in both life and work.

Responsibilities

I’m a PPC Specialist, which means I help businesses get in front of the right people through paid search ads. I create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales. That includes doing keyword research, writing ad copy, analyzing performance data, and making sure every dollar spent is working as hard as possible. I love digging into the numbers and finding ways to improve results!

Background Information

I have had a passion for digital marketing from a very young age. For the past couple of years, I have focused all my energy and effort on becoming a Digital marketer. I specialize in pay-per-click marketing. I am Google Ads certified, and I help clients run their Google ads entirely, so I set up accounts from scratch with proper account structure, do all the keyword research, and set up their web analytics. I know how to use web analytical tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track conversion and optimize campaigns. I have also done SEO work for my clients’ websites. As far as my education, currently, I am going to the University of Texas at Dallas to complete my bachelor’s in marketing, which I’m almost done with.

First Job

My very first job was as a cashier at La Madeleine. It was a great intro to the working world and I got to meet all kinds of people, memorize way too many pastry names, and learn the art of staying calm during the lunch rush. Looking back, it taught me a lot about customer service and staying cool under pressure.

Favorite Part About Being A Running Robot

The team here is fantastic and super chill. Everyone’s friendly, supportive, and easy to work with. We get things done, but we also have fun along the way, which makes work feel less like “work” for me. It’s a good vibe.

Lessons Learned While Being a Running Robot

One big thing I’ve learned is how important organization is when it comes to building successful strategies. When I have to plan out campaigns, track performance, or just stay on top of tasks, being organized makes everything run more smoothly and effectively. It’s helped me level up how I approach my work day-to-day.

Goofy Memory Had With the Running Robots Team

Don’t have one since I am very new but I am sure I will have something soon.

More Interesting Facts

As for my family, we’re kind of global. Some are in the U.S., some in the UK and Canada, and others are back home in Bangladesh. It’s always fun having that international connection and hearing different perspectives.

I’ve been into content creation and marketing since I was a kid. I started a YouTube channel when I was 11, and one of my videos ended up getting over 60,000 views! That early spark pushed me toward the digital marketing world.

Outside of work, I love exploring new places, especially parks and nature spots. There’s something refreshing about being outdoors as it helps me reset and recharge.
